This position involves both office- and plant-based work, including preparation of quotations, development of technical-commercial proposals, customer follow-up, collection of technical information, and support during meetings, presentations, and training sessions. We seek a responsible, organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills and an interest in developing expertise in the technical-commercial and industrial solutions fields. This role is intended for technical or university students or graduates, or professionals holding degrees in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university graduate in fields such as Electricity, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines. * Engineers specialized in areas related to industrial solutions, automation, machinery safety, or similar fields are also eligible to apply. * Interest in industrial solutions, automation, hazardous energy control, and machinery safety. * Basic ability to read technical drawings and documentation. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. * Strong oral and written communication skills for client coordination. * Interest in sales, technical support, customer service, and commercial processes. * Basic knowledge of automation, PLCs, sensors, or industrial equipment. * Availability to perform duties both in the office and at industrial plants. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the preparation of quotations and technical-commercial proposals. * Participate in developing technical-commercial proposals by gathering and organizing technical and economic information to meet client requirements. * Collect technical information from suppliers, including datasheets, pricing, delivery times, and supporting documentation. * Conduct customer follow-up via email, phone calls, and coordination. * Organize and update technical-commercial documentation: technical specifications, templates, databases, catalogs, and records. * Assist in preparing presentations, informational materials, brochures, and content for commercial proposals. * Support the preparation and coordination of meetings, commercial presentations, and internal or external training sessions. * Provide support for technical and commercial activities conducted both at the plant and in the office. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll, in compliance with Peruvian labor law. * Opportunity for development and learning in the technical-commercial area. * Ongoing training and mentoring. * Participation in projects related to industrial safety, automation, and engineering. * Excellent working environment.
