




Position Summary: UTEC seeks a Compliance Analyst to manage risks, update policies, prepare reports, and administer the Crime Prevention Model, ensuring institutional integrity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages risk matrices and action plans in compliance. 2. Administers the Crime Prevention Model (Law No. 30424). 3. Operates UTEC's Ethics Line and provides compliance advisory services. At UTEC \- Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología, we are seeking a Compliance Analyst. **What will be your challenges?** * Continuously update and monitor risk matrices of the Integrated Compliance System, and coordinate the implementation and follow-up of action plans to mitigate identified risks. * Manage updates to due diligence policies and procedures for customers, suppliers, donors, employees, and third parties; supervise file reviews and handle medium- and high-risk cases for timely escalation to the Compliance Officer. * Prepare and submit Suspicious Operation Reports (SORs) and other required communications to UIF\-Peru. * Administer the Crime Prevention Model (Law No. 30424\), monitoring reporting, dissemination, and training procedures, as well as the effectiveness of implemented controls. * Maintain Integrated Compliance System management documents (policies, manuals, and procedures), coordinating with the Legal Department team. * Plan, design, and implement the Compliance, Ethics, and Integrity Training Program. * Plan, design, and implement the Compliance System Communications Plan. * Operate and co-administer UTEC's Ethics Line, ensuring traceability, confidentiality, and timely handling of reports. * Provide compliance advisory services to user departments, coordinating with the Legal Department’s attorneys when required. * Monitor applicable regulatory compliance for the university and participate in regulatory alignment projects for the Compliance System. * Prepare management reports, indicators, and dashboards for the Integrated Compliance System for senior management. * Support internal and external audits, and regulatory supervisory visits related to the Compliance System. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma or specialized course in Compliance Programs (AML/CFT, Risk Management, and/or Crime Prevention Model). * Four years of experience in similar roles such as Compliance Analyst, Assistant Compliance Officer, Internal Control, or LA/FT Risk Management. * Intermediate to advanced office software proficiency. * Knowledge of Power BI, Zoho (desirable). * Intermediate English proficiency. **What do we offer?** * Market-competitive salary. * Full coverage of EPS and oncological insurance. * Personalized training platform. * Discounts at over 200 establishments. * Opportunity to learn and engage in diverse UTEC projects. **To learn more about us:** * Visit our website: **https://utec.edu.pe/** * Follow us on LinkedIn: **https://www.linkedin.com/school/utec\-universidad\-de\-ingenieria\-y\-tecnologia/mycompany/** If you believe this role matches your profile and the responsibilities described align with your goals, apply now! **We look forward to meeting you!** ***“At UTEC, we reaffirm our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
