With us, you can advance professionally and make a difference in the lives of millions of Peruvians. **What is your mission?** * Serve as the business’s strategic partner by tracking growth, continuously monitoring risks, and promptly managing alerts—anticipating deviations and contributing to achieving Banca Persona’s risk targets. **What will you do?** * Identify synergies between Risk and other bank departments. * Identify insights and opportunities in data and the market. * Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for tracking purposes. * Establish strategies for adopting new tools and information sources. * Monitor customer risk profiles through early warning alerts, ensuring and managing compliance with the institution’s risk appetite. * Design and implement dashboards and reports for tracking. * Conduct analyses on consumption profiles, risk policies, sales forecasts, etc. * Supervise pilot test tracking, measure results, and capture key learnings. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in product analysis, risk analysis, business intelligence, or analytics. * Proficiency in the following methodologies/tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Macros / Databases / SQL / Financial Models, Python (preferred). * Basic understanding of the financial business, with interest in developing strategic and functional vision. * Foundational knowledge in data management and analysis. * Preferred experience in developing dashboards and operational reports. **What do we offer you?** * Purpose: Drive the digital transformation of one of Peru’s most important companies. * Challenges: Participate in projects promoting digital change in the financial sector. * Growth: Access to continuous development opportunities, training, and mentoring.
