Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** * Generate data-driven proposals to deliver incremental value to the business’s commercial campaigns. * Monitor CRM productivity KPIs: OR, CTR, CTRO, and conversion rate of implemented campaigns. * Propose and track implementation of CRM experiments (pilots, A/B testing), generate insights, and achieve defined business objectives. * Improve operational efficiency by automating commercial communications. * Manage the budget allocated to campaigns. * Analyze and optimize audiences for campaigns. * Implement use cases (models and analyses) in commercial campaigns. * Ensure a remarketing strategy. * Perform other duties assigned by your direct manager to continuously improve the role. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics. Advanced training in analytics, CRM, customer intelligence, and data management is desirable. * Experience in CRM, campaign management, customer journeys, and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Proficiency in databases, cloud-based solutions, customer segmentation, and knowledge of automation and artificial intelligence. * Strong analytical ability, results orientation, customer-centric mindset, and experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
