Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead end-to-end App initiatives—from conceptualization through implementation and follow-up—acting as the channel’s point of reference for Product and Business. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What are we looking for?** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead end\-to\-end App initiatives under your responsibility—from conceptualization and structuring through implementation, rollout, and results tracking. * Act as the channel’s point of reference and advisor for Product and Business, understanding their strategies, roadmaps, and needs to anticipate impacts and opportunities for the App. * Support initiatives from other areas impacting the App, challenging and enriching proposed solutions to ensure they meet customer and business needs and integrate appropriately into the channel. * Structure initiatives under your responsibility, ensuring clarity on scope, expected benefits, feasibility, dependencies, risks, and impact on customers and business. * Develop, justify, and track Business Cases for initiatives requiring investment, ensuring CAPEX/OPEX justification, expected benefits, and subsequent value capture. * Lead cross-functional coordination of involved stakeholders, managing agreements, dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions necessary to ensure proper initiative execution. * Coordinate end-to-end initiative rollout—including pilots, Friends \& Family testing, segmentation, expansion, communication, and commercial go-to-market with respective areas. * Ensure initiatives comply with defined App guidelines—considering customer experience, channel stability and operations—in coordination with App Governance. * Monitor performance and value capture of implemented initiatives, tracking their KPIs related to adoption, usage, experience, and business impact—as well as their contribution to key channel metrics: NPS, digital customers, and transactionality—driving optimization actions based on metrics, customer feedback, and behavioral analysis. * Identify and structure App evolution opportunities, promoting locally scalable initiatives and adopting global capabilities that add value to the local market. * Perform other duties assigned by your manager and drive continuous role improvement. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. An MBA/Master’s degree is highly desirable. * Minimum 6 years of experience performing similar functions in the financial sector. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, demonstrating curiosity about integrating these technologies into financial product management and optimization. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
