The intern is responsible for facilitating, managing, and supporting hazard management and occupational risk assessment across work activities to reduce incidents, accidents, and occupational illnesses. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the implementation, planning, execution, maintenance, and improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System required by local regulations and corporate standards. * Supporting the creation and updating of legally mandated occupational health and safety documentation, such as the Annual Work Plan, Strategic Plan, Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, Policy, among others. * Assisting in the identification of hazards and risk assessment through field and administrative work. * Participating in investigations of incidents, occupational accidents, and occupational illnesses, generating required regulatory records. * Scheduling and participating in audits for system review. * Updating area training materials and managing the regional EHS training platform – Aura Interactiva. * Developing and/or updating safe work procedures in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, and local legal requirements, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Required Qualifications** * Student pursuing a degree in Occupational Hygiene and/or Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or related fields. * Power BI – Intermediate * Excel – Intermediate * Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate **Preferred Qualifications** * Power Apps * Languages: Intermediate English **PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES** Equal opportunity is provided, and recruitment, selection, and hiring are conducted based solely on job-related qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, veteran or military status, genetics, citizenship status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
