Statutory benefits We are currently seeking **Installation Technicians with or without experience** for a telecommunications company (**Cicsa Perú**), which operates in partnership with CLARO. Responsibilities: * Performing technical service installations in the field * Handling assigned tools and equipment Requirements: * Valid driver's license (MANDATORY) * Immediate availability Working Hours: * Work schedule is 6 days per week with 1 day off (typically Sundays) * Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM **Benefits for BOTH:** * Base salary of 1300 soles * 300 soles attendance bonus * 900 soles welcome bonus (300 soles paid monthly for the first 3 months \= 900 soles) * Average commission of 1500 soles per installation * One-month paid training * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits * Career progression path * Company profit-sharing Application Requirements: * Updated CV * National ID (DNI) * Contact number * District of residence Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.3,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
