If you possess the qualities and drive to lead teams, positions are ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **SENIOR WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** **EDUCATION:** High school diploma or equivalent, minimum requirement. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse assistant, team leader, or supervisor in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, or related industries. * Experience in receiving, verification, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch processes is mandatory; experience in logistics operators is preferred. **ROLE \- PURPOSE** Responsible for all merchandise handling: receiving, sorting, storing, dispatching, organizing, and maintaining warehouse stock in good condition; ensuring cleanliness and order within the warehouse. **KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** This description reflects the essential responsibilities, functions, and competencies of this position. Additional responsibilities and/or duties consistent with the role may be assigned as deemed appropriate. * Execute product receipt in compliance with current regulations and Good Storage Practices (GSP). * Verify received products (imports and returns), ensuring accuracy in counting at the level of item code, batch, and/or serial number. * Store products according to each client’s designated locations and based on the product’s ABC classification. * Perform product packaging and dispatch in accordance with established procedures. * Segregate items designated for disposal, per client instructions. * Conduct product counts for inventory verification. * Measure temperature and relative humidity in the warehouse according to established frequencies. * Comply with safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements within the warehouse. * Perform any other duties assigned during the course of employment. * Other duties not specifically listed but expressly assigned by the employer or direct supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Work location: Punta Hermosa and/or Lurín and/or Surquillo districts.
