Position Summary: We are seeking an Account Executive to support the management and growth of talents, ensuring efficient campaign coordination and creator handling. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in creator representation and management. 2. Campaign coordination and metric tracking. 3. Daily talent management and internal coordination. We are looking for an Account Executive to support the management and growth of our talents, ensuring efficient campaign coordination, metric tracking, and day-to-day organization of the department. A key role within creator representation and management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ***General*** * Support in daily talent and campaign management. * Internal coordination with the management team. * Tracking of deliverables and adherence to deadlines. * Scouting of profiles according to brand requirements. ***Talent Management*** * Updating media kits (data, insights, content). * Communication and coordination with creators. * Mapping of key dates (birthdays, campaigns, holidays). ***Campaigns and Coordination*** * Reviewing and tracking content metrics. * Organizing and updating campaign calendars. * Supporting quotations and updating rates. ***Content and Social Media*** * Supporting agency social media management. * Monitoring posts and brand guidelines. * Identifying content trends and opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields. * Agency experience and experience in influencer marketing. * Proficiency in Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. * Strong communication skills, creativity, and digital acumen. * Immediate availability. **COMPETENCIES** * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * Organization and consistent follow-up. * Multitasking ability and attention to detail. * Interest in the digital world and creator ecosystem.
