Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in regulatory and tax compliance, accounting software operation, and analytical skills. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in accounting and tax laws to ensure compliance 2. Advanced use of accounting software (AIGEX-SIG) and Excel 3. Preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and tax settlements **Gender: Female** **Technical Competencies** * **Regulatory and Tax Knowledge:** Mastery of current accounting and tax laws to avoid penalties and ensure compliance. Handling all matters related to SUNAFIL and Human Resources. * **Software and Technology Proficiency:** Expertise in accounting software (AIGEX\-SIG) and tools such as Advanced Excel. * **Information Recording:** Entering all relevant accounting information for multiple companies. * **Report Preparation:** Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly/quarterly/annual closings. As well as tax settlements, payroll, AFP contributions, accounting books, and others. **Soft Skills** * **Analytical Thinking:** Interpreting data to support decision-making. * **Effective Communication:** Explaining complex financial information to management. * **Attention to Detail:** Precision to prevent errors in transactions and reports. * **Organization and Time Management:** Prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines. * **Problem Solving:** Identifying solutions for accounting inconsistencies or errors. * **Professional Ethics:** Confidentiality and safeguarding the company's financial information. **Strategic Competencies** * **Advisory Capability:** Providing consultation on financial and tax strategies—not merely recording data. * **Proactivity and Adaptability:** Staying updated on emerging technologies and tax reforms. * **Business Acumen:** Understanding how accounting impacts the company’s overall objectives.
