Strategic vision and focus on financial order JOB OPENING Accountant – Financial Administration, Collections, and Payroll A small company in the construction and services sector is looking for an Accountant with strategic vision and solid experience in operational accounting, tax, and financial management to contribute to financial order and support management decision-making. Main Responsibilities * General accounting management and monthly and annual tax compliance (IGV, Income Tax, electronic books). * Handling payment requests for materials, equipment, tools, subcontractors, travel allowances, and other expenses, coordinated with technical staff. * Management of payments to suppliers and critical obligations. * Electronic invoicing and control of issued and received payment vouchers. * Collections management, accounts receivable control, and periodic follow-up. * Recording of daily transactions and bank reconciliations. * Preparation of monthly financial reports for management (revenues, expenses, margins, and significant variances). * Preparation and monitoring of the actual monthly cash flow and projections for 30, 60, and 90 days, including risk alerts. * Payroll management: salary, wage, and labor benefit payments. * Filing of social security contributions (Essalud, AFP/ONP) and registration in T\-Registro and PLAME via the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration portal. * Attendance and vacation tracking for staff. * Handling of audits and tax and labor-related requests from entities such as the National Labor Inspection Superintendence and the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration. * Analysis of operating expenses and financial support for management decision-making. * Monitoring of applicable current tax regulations and benefits. * Other administrative and financial duties related to the position within the accounting and financial scope. Position Profile * Licensed Public Accountant. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or related service companies. * Up-to-date knowledge of tax and labor regulations, electronic invoicing, collections, and payroll management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software. * Organized profile with financial acumen, confidentiality, and clear communication with management.
