We are Depilzone, a laser hair removal clinic, currently seeking an experienced **Clinic Administrator** with comprehensive healthcare project management expertise to lead all phases—from planning, construction, and launch of a specialized medical clinic using laser technology—to daily operations and sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the clinic’s design and construction project (architecture, suppliers, schedule, personnel, and budget). * Manage clinical environment and laser room adaptations in compliance with health regulations. * Coordinate health licensing, permits, and authorizations. * Supervise daily operations of medical specialties and laser treatments. * Manage laser medical equipment, biosafety, and protocols. * Oversee financial control, budgets, and management reporting. * Ensure quality standards and patient experience. **Requirements** * Degree in Administration, Health Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in opening or managing clinics/medical centers. * Experience coordinating construction projects or implementing healthcare projects (preferred). * Medical professional network or experience recruiting specialists (highly preferred). * Knowledge of health regulations and laser safety standards. **We Offer** * Lead a medical project from its inception. * Direct involvement in the clinic's expansion. * Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities.
