




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and manage concierge and cleaning staff, prepare budgets, and ensure maintenance and order in common areas of buildings or condominiums. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage concierge, cleaning, and maintenance staff. 2. Prepare annual budgets and manage financial reports. 3. Maintain up-to-date records of owners and tenants. **ATTACH COMPLETE CV WITH CONTACTS OF REFERENCES AND WORK CERTIFICATE.** **MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Schedule, direct, and supervise the fulfillment of duties by staff responsible for concierge services, cleaning, preservation, maintenance, and landscaping of common areas. * Develop and implement work schedules and shifts for concierge and cleaning staff. * Review cash flow reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, completed maintenance activities, comparisons between budgeted and actual expenditures, among others. * Prepare and submit the annual income and expense budget for the building/condominium and obtain client approval. * Ensure reports are sent to owners on scheduled dates. * Maintain an updated database of owners and tenants. * Visit buildings and supervise order and cleanliness in common areas. * Arrange replacements for staff absent from their assigned shifts. * Develop the cleaning work plan, implement it, train staff, and supervise its execution. * Perform other duties as assigned.
