




Job Summary: This role ensures patient admission, attention, and accompaniment, managing admissions, scheduling, billing, and insurance-related documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient attention and guidance on processes and services 2. Management of admissions, appointments, and procedures 3. Organization of documentation for insurance companies and budget tracking **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure timely patient admission, attention, and accompaniment across various services. 1\. Attend to, guide, and resolve inquiries from new and returning patients regarding the admission process, costs, services, and other related matters. 2\. Register data for new patients (open clinical records). 3\. Schedule appointments and procedures, process payments, and issue payment receipts for services rendered, as requested by patients and/or treating physicians. 4\. Prepare and submit daily cash closure reports. 5\. Consolidate files and authorization documents requested by insurance companies. 6\. Track guarantee letters for procedures. 7\. Receive inpatient patients and manage signature of the admission package. Review, track, and approve patient budgets. Print and deliver wristbands to patients. Inform and guide patients and/or their family members regarding discharge-related procedures and payments. 8\. Receive inpatient patients and manage signature of the admission package.
