Job Summary: Generate placements of personal loans, debt purchases, and loan restructurings through agreements, managing databases and conducting sales and post-sales follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: * Generate agreement-based loan placements: Personal loans, Debt purchase, and Loan restructuring. Assigned to agreements (e.g., Essalud, Minsa, Ministries, among others). * Manage the assigned database. * Visit clients at various agreement locations and verify that they meet the required criteria. * Conduct sales and post-sales follow-up and closure (loan disbursement). REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in placing personal loans (AGREEMENT EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE). * Experience in selling financial products and/or active sales. * Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. * Basic-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Personal laptop and home internet access.
