Summary: This role manages the complete logistics lifecycle for multiple Amazon brand accounts, encompassing shipment planning, 3PL coordination, carrier management, compliance, and case resolution. Primary logistics contact for internal teams and clients **Título:** Amazon Logistics Operator, Multi\-Client FBA (Remote, Latin America) **About Us** We manage Seller Central operations for approximately 40 Amazon brand accounts, covering everything from strategy to fulfillment. As our client portfolio grows, we need a dedicated operator to own logistics across all accounts so the rest of the team can focus on growth. **Role Overview** This role owns the full logistics lifecycle for our client portfolio: shipment planning, 3PL coordination, carrier management, compliance, and case management. You will be embedded in the operations team and serve as the primary logistics contact for internal teams and clients. **Responsibilities** Inventory and Shipments * Create and manage FBA shipment plans in Seller Central * Track inbound shipments from creation to check\-in * Manage AWD workflows where applicable * Coordinate with client prep centers and 3PLs on all inbound requirements (kitting, labeling, barcoding) Carrier and International Logistics * Select and manage carriers: Amazon Partnered, UPS, FedEx * Handle cross\-border shipments (Canada): duties, taxes, and non\-partnered carrier coordination Compliance and Cases * Maintain current hazmat and dangerous goods documentation * File and manage reimbursement cases and removal or disposal orders in Seller Central Client and Internal Coordination * Own logistics communication in client Slack channels * Coordinate inbound timing with client ops contacts * Support Account Managers on inventory sheets and Finance and Logistics tab updates * Proactively surface issues to Operations and co\-founders **Qualifications** * 4\+ years of direct Amazon Seller Central experience with FBA operations (required) * Experience in an agency, 3PL, or high\-volume seller environment preferred * Strong carrier and 3PL coordination background * Inventory tool experience: Sellerise, SoStocked, or equivalent * Highly organized, process\-oriented, and capable of managing dozens of accounts without dropping details * Async and Slack\-native communication style **Location and Compensation** * Latin America, remote * Full time, US time zone * USD 1,500 to 2,500/month based on experience Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.7,000\.00 \- S/.8,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Have you personally created and managed FBA shipment plans inside Amazon Seller Central?
