Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Control Analyst to supervise operations, plan audits, verify reconciliations, and conduct inspections at Service Stations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises fieldwork performed by station managers and fuel dispatchers 2. Plans operational audits and verifies reconciliation of collections and sales 3. Conducts on-site visits and submits reports to Management, Accounting, and Human Resources We are currently seeking: INTERNAL CONTROL ANALYST Requirements: * Completed or incomplete undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, filters, and macros). * Prior experience managing personnel is desirable. Responsibilities: * Supervise fieldwork performed by station managers and fuel dispatchers. * Plan internal control operational audits and develop work programs. * Verify reconciliations for the collections and sales departments. * Conduct on-site visits for targeted inspections at Service Stations. * Prepare reports for the collections department. * Verify deposits, returns, and bank letter reconciliations. * Submit reports to Management, Accounting, and Human Resources. * Review Point-of-Sale (PDV) systems daily.
