Job Summary: Oversee and execute architectural work and lead quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) management in projects. Key Highlights: 1. Resolve technical queries and architectural construction details **OBJECTIVE** Oversee and execute the project’s architectural component with 70% involvement, while simultaneously leading the management, supervision, and release of on-site Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Architecture Management: * Coordinate architectural drawings with other disciplines (Structural, Sanitary, Electrical, Mechanical). * Supervise proper execution of layout, partitions, dry/wet finishes, cladding, carpentry, and installations. * Resolve technical queries and architectural construction details on-site. * Quality Management (QA/QC): Implement and oversee the Site Quality Control Plan. * Develop, verify, and approve Quality Protocols at each construction stage (Inspection Points). * Supervise sampling and testing of materials (concrete, aggregates, steel, hydraulic tests, etc.). * Structure, update, and maintain the project’s Quality Dossier for delivery to the Client. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Education and Professional Registration: Licensed Architect, registered and authorized by the Peruvian College of Architects (CAP). * Minimum five (05) years of professional experience calculated from the date of registration. * Must demonstrate documented participation as an Architecture Specialist and/or Architect in Execution and/or Supervision of Architecture in at least three (03) general building projects. * Must possess a minimum of thirty-six (36) months of experience, counted from the date of registration, performing duties as designer, executor, inspector, or supervisor as an Architecture Specialist, or as Resident Engineer or Supervisor in general building projects. **KNOWLEDGE** Knowledge of implementing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / QA-QC), protocol approval, and compilation of the project’s Quality Dossier. **ALL experience declared in the CV (general and specific) must be fully supported by documentary evidence without exception.** We seek a professional who is a leader, embraces challenges, works goal-oriented and collaboratively, and takes initiative.
