We seek someone who wishes to grow professionally and learn how projects evolve from design through to final implementation. **What will you do?** * Support site surveys and technical visits. * Draft architectural, interior design, and furniture plans. * Develop 3D models and renderings. * Support the design of retail stores, offices, exhibition booths, and commercial spaces. * Participate in developing interior and commercial design proposals. * Prepare client presentations. * Research materials, finishes, and construction solutions. * Support quantity take-offs and technical documentation. * Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize design and presentation processes. * Provide support to the team across various project development stages. Requirements * Final-semester student or recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory). * Proficiency in Layout for plan drafting and technical documentation (mandatory). * Proficiency in D5 Render for architectural modeling and visualization (mandatory). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Interest in commercial design, retail, furniture, and interior architecture. Desirable * Knowledge of Revit. * Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design. * Basic knowledge of construction processes and commercial furniture.
