Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Assistant Architect to support the implementation and renovation of commercial premises, responsible for developing architectural projects and providing technical support. Flexible working hours based on workload. **Company:** MQLAY SAC **Location:** Santiago de Surco , Lima \- Peru **Work Mode:** On-site / Temporary At **MQLAY S.A.C.**, a company specializing in **nationwide implementation and renovation of commercial premises**, we are looking for a **Project Assistant Architect** to join our technical team. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare conceptual designs, executive project documents, and construction drawings. * Perform coordination and integration of architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC drawings to ensure technical consistency across disciplines. * Conduct architectural field surveys and update **As-Built drawings** in accordance with actual construction progress. * Provide technical support during project execution, addressing inquiries and managing approved drawing updates. * Prepare and review **quality dossiers**, ensuring compliance with each client’s required documentation standards. * Prepare and track **technical files for INDECI procedures**, responding to observations until final approval. * Coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and inspectors for technical follow-up and deliverable validation. * Participate in project documentation closure, including delivery of technical dossiers and final archiving. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in construction, commercial implementation, or renovation firms. * Proven experience conducting **architectural field surveys**, preparing drawings, and producing **As-Built drawings**. * Experience preparing **technical files for INDECI**. * Preferred experience developing projects for the **Retail sector** (e.g., stores, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory), **SketchUp**, and Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with **Revit** is desirable. * Knowledge of interdisciplinary coordination and technical project documentation. * Willingness to conduct site visits as required by the project. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development in commercial implementation. * Positive work environment. * Flexible working hours based on workload. **Interested candidates should send CV and portfolio (if applicable) to:** asistente.admin@grupolay.com // proyectos2@grupolay.com Subject: *Project Assistant Architect* Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
