Position Summary: Lead conceptual and technical interior design for common areas of clubs, resorts, and prototype beach houses, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with established parameters. Strong imagination and focus on time optimization. **INTERIOR ARCHITECT / PROJECT ARCHITECT** The Challenge: Lead conceptual and technical interior design for common areas of clubs, resorts, and prototype beach houses. What Are We Looking For? Experience: Licensed Architect, minimum 3 years in real estate projects, beach houses, resorts, or clubs. Technical Proficiency: Advanced level of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion (or high-end rendering engines). Design Judgment: In-depth knowledge of materials, coastal-area finishes, and space optimization. Soft Skills: Strong imagination, focus on time optimization, and goal-oriented work capability. Develop conceptualization, define functionality, aesthetics, and materials to be used in resort project design. Ensure compliance with company-established parameters (timelines, formats, etc.). Review budget line items for each project in coordination with the responsible department. Knowledge of RNE regulations applied to projects. Intermediate level of Office software.
