Today, we are looking for someone who shares what matters most to us—more than any sales technique: respectful and courteous treatment. Who are we looking for? You don’t need to be the most experienced salesperson. You do need to be the person who makes every customer feel well served. We seek someone with: * Genuine warmth and empathy: able to listen, understand, and explain clearly * Proactivity, enthusiasm, and strong willingness to learn * Strong communication skills and a positive attitude * Results orientation and teamwork mindset * Experience in sales and public-facing roles (desirable but not mandatory) What will you do? * Serve and advise our customers, identify their needs, and recommend the best solution * Manage the full sales cycle: presentation, follow-up, closing, and after-sales support * Keep the store clean, organized, and always presentable * Monitor inventory levels and product stock * Represent the brand at industry events and trade fairs * Collaborate with the marketing team and provide market and competitor feedback Requirements: * Strong communication and customer service skills * Proactive attitude, organizational ability, and results orientation * Basic office software knowledge (Excel, email) * Basic marketing knowledge (desirable) We offer: * Full-time on-site employment in Lima * Training on our products * A positive work environment, job stability, and opportunities for growth Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
