We are looking for an Educational Sales Advisor with experience in sales and customer service to promote our academic programs. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospects, providing information about our educational services, and following up until enrollment is finalized. Main Responsibilities * Contact prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. * Provide information about courses, academic cycles, and institutional benefits. * Conduct sales follow-ups with interested prospects and students. * Achieve established sales and enrollment targets. * Record and update customer information in databases. * Participate in in-person and virtual sales campaigns. * Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure proper student support. Requirements * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies. * Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, or customer service. * Experience in the education sector is desirable. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools. * Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.
