




Position Summary: Responsible for voucher registration, tax settlement, payroll provisions, and accounting control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Purchase and sales voucher registration 2. Tax, withholding, and retention settlement 3. Purchase order form control and accounting file management Specific Duties: * Purchase voucher registration. * Honorarium registration. * Sales voucher registration (domestic and international). * Withholding and retention settlement. * Payroll provisions (vacations, bonuses, and CTS). * Update and control of purchase order forms. * Control and settlement of petty cash and credit card expenses. * Preparation of annexes for monthly balance submission. * Tax settlement. * Domestic sales invoicing. * Organization and control of the accounting department's filing system (expenditures, purchases, sales, petty cash).
