Career development path At iSudamérica, we are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our Accounting team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and process payroll registers. * Calculate overtime, bonuses, and deductions. * Manage social benefits: CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), bonuses, and vacations. * Prepare social benefit settlements and termination procedures. * File and pay contributions to AFP, ONP, Essalud, PLAME, and PDT. * Generate payroll and labor provision reports. * Record accounting provisions, payroll registers, and settlements. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Experience with PLAME, AFP Net, and PDT. * Prior experience with Starsoft is desirable. **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment * Bi-weekly payments * Pleasant work environment * Career development path * Working hours: Monday to Friday Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Application Questions: * District of residence * Current mobile phone number * Academic degree * Salary expectations Work Location: On-site employment
