Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Assistant to support the planning, control, and monitoring of electrical projects, performing administrative and coordination tasks. Key Highlights: 1. We carry out design, physical and logical installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, certification, and administration of local and external networks. We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **PROJECT ASSISTANT.** **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student of technical programs in Industrial Administration, Business Administration, International Business Administration, Logistics Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in projects or administrative tasks. * Intermediate-level proficiency in office software and digital document management. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. * Knowledge of inventory and warehouse control. * Team-oriented and goal-focused. **Responsibilities:** * Support project planning, control, and monitoring. * Track schedules, activities, and deadline compliance. * Prepare technical and administrative reports and summaries. * Conduct quotations and source materials, tools, and equipment per project requirements. * Assist in managing and tracking import processes. * Review, validate, and control project documentation. * Coordinate with field personnel, suppliers, and clients. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Daytime working hours. * Positive work environment. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technical or university-level, final-year student or graduate. * Minimum experience: 1 year. * Availability for on-site work. * Residence in Ventanilla, Callao, or nearby areas. * Immediate availability.
