




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR department, contributing to personnel management control and compliance with applicable labor regulations. We are a retail-sector company with a presence across multiple local stores, and we are currently looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to support the department’s administrative processes, thereby ensuring proper personnel management control and compliance with current labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Draft, manage, and process employment contracts, renewals, and addendums. * Monitor and track contract expiration dates. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files. * Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation. * Administer and update vacation, leave, and medical leave records. * Support consolidation of data for payroll processing. * Manage and archive labor-related documentation in accordance with internal procedures. * Prepare reports and metrics as requested by the Head of Human Resources. * Coordinate the signing and delivery of labor-related documents. * Keep the personnel database updated. * Support preparation of documentation for labor audits and inspections. * Provide administrative support across various HR department processes. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience in personnel administration, document control, and contract management. * Prior experience in retail, mass consumer goods, or organizations with staff distributed across multiple locations is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity. * Effective communication. * Handling of confidential information. * Internal service orientation. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one. * All statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development and growth. * Excellent work environment.
