Integration into a talent management team HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT We are currently looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to join our team and provide support in core talent management and organizational development processes. Responsibilities * Support the development and updating of job profiles and position analyses. * Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Administer and interpret psychological assessments and prepare corresponding reports. * Support the planning and implementation of training and development programs. * Assist in workplace climate management and monitoring of Human Resources metrics. * Participate in initiatives related to organizational culture and development. * Provide support across various activities and processes within the Human Resources department. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Organizational Psychology**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources**. * Knowledge of administering and interpreting psychological assessments. * Experience in planning and delivering training programs. * Experience in workplace climate management and Human Resources metrics. * Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Knowledge of organizational culture and development. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and punctual individual.
