You will join the Human Talent team at Hotel Kingdom, driving recruitment processes and strengthening our employer brand, ensuring every candidate enjoys a close, agile, and positive experience. Responsibilities * Execute mass recruitment and selection processes (advisors, supervisors, and administrative positions). * Planning, coordination, and organization with department heads. * Screen, interview, and schedule evaluations with candidates. * Manage documentation and track candidates until onboarding. * Propose ideas and improvements to optimize candidate experience. * Manage schedules, among others. * Review daily attendance sheets. * Attendance reporting control. * Documentation, file, and database management. * Comply with and enforce Quality, Safety, and Health policies. * Payroll preparation. * And other duties assigned by the supervisor.
