About the Position We are **Carlysse**, a boutique specializing in **wedding dresses, party dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and special-occasion fashion**. We seek to hire a **Sales and Marketing Assistant** to support the boutique’s commercial and digital growth. The position is primarily **commercial (60% sales and 40% marketing)**. We seek a candidate who can convert inquiries received via **WhatsApp and social media into appointments and sales opportunities**, while simultaneously supporting digital content creation and management. We seek a **proactive, organized, creative, communicative, and results-oriented individual**, with interest in sales, digital marketing, and fashion. Key Responsibilities Sales, Leads, and Customer Service – 60% * Respond to inquiries from potential customers via **WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels**. * Provide information about dresses, collections, pricing, promotions, and services. * Identify each customer’s needs and guide conversations toward the best alternatives. * **Register, organize, and follow up on leads and potential customers.** * Coordinate and confirm in-store appointments. * Follow up with customers who did not complete a purchase during their initial contact. * Recover commercial opportunities and maintain active communication with potential customers. * Support the sales team in **generating, managing, and converting sales opportunities**. * Keep customer, appointment, and commercial opportunity data updated. * Meet commercial goals and track basic conversion metrics. Marketing and Social Media – 40% * Support planning and execution of content for **Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok**. * Create and publish content according to the marketing calendar. * Assist in recording **reels, stories, photos, and videos** within the boutique. * Identify content trends and formats that may generate greater reach and engagement. * Draft texts for posts, stories, and campaigns. * Support promotional campaigns, product launches, showroom events, and other commercial activities. * Organize photos, videos, and other audiovisual resources for social media. * Monitor comments, messages, and interactions on social media. * Support basic tracking of marketing campaign results.
