We are currently seeking new talent. **Are you the ideal candidate?** * Graduate Technician in Nursing, Obstetrics, or Nursing. * Preferably with customer service experience and knowledge of occupational health check-up processes. * Minimum six (6) months of experience performing public-facing duties in companies across various sectors. (Preferably three (3) months in healthcare sector companies) * Availability to work in Miraflores from Monday to Saturday. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Maintain daily scheduling control for both scheduled and walk-in patients. * Prepare required examination rooms per schedule (triage, cardiology, general medicine, physical therapy). * Provide patients with information regarding their respective specialties, as well as gynecological and ultrasound procedures. * Distribute specialty-specific registration forms. * Prepare patients for medical examinations. * Process and prepare patients' clinical records. * Assist with electrocardiogram, gynecological, audiometric examinations, and sample collection. * Assign daily consultations in the examination room system using the on-duty physician’s user account, and upload corresponding virtual patient reports into the system. * Perform scanning of IVAA and CME procedures for submission to respective departments. * Guide patients during preventive check-ups by directing them to designated floors. * Deliver results from specified departments to responsible personnel (e.g., insurance submissions, posture analysis reports, first-floor check-up results, etc.). * Verify that physicians have completed and stamped patients’ clinical histories (HCL) in the system. * Support front-desk operations. * Propose process improvements within your area. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a company with strong reputation and nationwide presence. * Competitive market salary. * Career development path. * Full payroll registration from day one of employment. * Corporate benefits for you and your family.
