Professional development in dynamic, high-demand environments. ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE University degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of direct experience in the position and 3 years of cumulative professional experience; experience in agricultural or export-oriented companies is preferred. Proficiency in office software, especially advanced spreadsheet applications. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation and submission of financial reports. Review and control of cost structures and expenditures. Management and tracking of staff account reconciliations. Compliance with monthly tax obligations and maintenance of electronic accounting records. Management of customs benefits through tariff duty refunds. Procedures related to international trade operations. Support in additional tasks as required by management. COMPETENCY PROFILE Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams.
