Join us and help run what runs the world. **This position reports to:** Service Manager \_\_ **Your Responsibilities and Duties** In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small and low-complexity projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and objectives. Additionally, you will demonstrate your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to proactively manage schedule-related risks. The work model for this position is: **hybrid** This role contributes to the Electrification Business Unit in **Lima, Peru.** **You will be primarily responsible for:** * Leading the assigned project team. * Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financial aspects. * Identifying, assessing, quantifying, and managing project risks, ensuring all opportunities are identified and leveraged. * Driving formal project acceptance, contractual closure, and customer compliance, all in accordance with contract terms. **Qualifications for the Position** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * More than 5 years of specific experience in project management and execution. * Proven experience leading field service projects, particularly in electrical substations and service execution projects with a strong on-site management component. * Experience in planning, coordinating, and controlling projects within the electrical sector. * Intermediate English proficiency, with ability to interact in corporate and technical environments. **At ABB, we are committed to addressing global challenges.
