At **Liberty**, a continuously growing real estate company, we are looking for an **Audiovisual Editor** who is creative, proactive, and proficient in both **video editing and flyer/graphic design**, to actively contribute to our brand’s social media positioning. This role is critical for developing attractive, dynamic, and commercially aligned digital content. Responsibilities: * Support the **daily visual content editing** for social media: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. * Edit and post-produce videos with a focus on **visual impact, dynamism, and virality**. * Design **flyers, posts, stories, and graphic assets** for promotional campaigns, branding, and digital communication. * Ensure **visual brand consistency** across all digital channels. * Propose creative ideas aligned with **digital trends**. Requirements: * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or licensed professional in **Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields**. * Minimum **6 months of experience** in video editing and graphic design. * Proficiency with tools such as: * **Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.** * Personal **laptop** required for on-site work. * Updated **portfolio** (videos, flyers, social media content). * Creative, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented profile. * Ability to work toward objectives and meet deadlines.
