Promote a safe, playful, and affectionate learning environment The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **ASSISTANT**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement sessions in accordance with the area's monthly schedule * Adapt activities based on group development and characteristics * Participate in designing area activities to improve service delivery * Promote a safe, playful, and affectionate environment for learning and participation * Observe, record, and report participants' progress or specific situations * Prepare required materials and resources for each session **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in Education, Psychology, or related fields * Volunteer experience * Availability to work in Santiago de Surco * Availability to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1130.00 * Formal payroll registration from day one * Pleasant work environment Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
