Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer for structural design and preparation of Structural Technical Files for general construction projects related to urban development and buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Design of masonry, reinforced concrete, and steel structures. 2. Preparation of Structural Technical Files. 3. Professional development in nationwide projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering * 1 or 2 years of experience in preparing Structural Technical Files and structural designs for general construction projects related to urban development, multi-family buildings, shopping centers, structural assessment and retrofitting. * Salary based on evaluation * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, and AutoCAD. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design of masonry, reinforced concrete, and steel structures. * Design of structures for general construction projects related to urban development (e.g., wastewater pumping stations, reservoirs, etc.). * Preparation of Structural Technical Files (reports, drawings, quantity take-offs, APUs, budgets). **Benefits:** * Professional development through participation in nationwide projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Structural, Sanitary, Environmental, Geotechnical, Geomatics, Surveying, and related disciplines. * Pleasant work environment, * Primarily office-based work * Half-day off on birthday * Mid-year and year-end bonuses.
