Job Summary: Operate a backhoe loader efficiently and safely, performing excavation, trenching, loading, and leveling tasks to support construction activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate a backhoe loader efficiently and safely. 2. Perform excavation, earthmoving, and leveling. 3. Support project progress and maintain assigned machinery. JOB DESCRIPTION: Operate the backhoe loader efficiently, safely, and responsibly, carrying out excavation, trenching, loading, leveling, and site support activities in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and established safety procedures, ensuring project progress and proper care of assigned machinery. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education * Minimum 2 years of experience as a backhoe loader operator * Certification or official document attesting to heavy equipment operator qualification * Experience in excavation, earthmoving, and leveling * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and daily machinery inspection * Knowledge of and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) * Willingness to work on-site and according to the project schedule Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
