Job Summary: Assist in bag folding, cutting, labeling, and maintaining order and cleanliness to ensure final product quality in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the packaging, folding, and sealing process of plastic products. 2. Maintain order and cleanliness of machines and the work area. 3. Ensure the quality and quantity of the final product. A Peruvian company specializing in plastic product manufacturing is seeking personnel for its packaging/folding and sealing department. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide proper assistance to operators in bag folding, cutting, and labeling. * Maintain order and cleanliness of machines as well as the work area. * Record and complete consumption and time-tracking forms. * Ensure strict adherence to the production process to guarantee final product quality and quantity. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial plants or related fields. * Availability to work in San Juan de Miraflores on a rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration. * Meal allowance. * Uniform provided + PPEs. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month salary payments. * All statutory benefits (profit-sharing, CTS, EsSalud, etc.). * Opportunity to join a continuously growing company offering social benefits, career development, and training.
