At **Valladolid Bakery**, we have over 14 years of market presence, delivering high-quality products, freshly baked bread, and a variety of desserts that are part of our customers’ daily lives. Currently, we are looking for a **baker** with knowledge in bakery product preparation, targeting final-cycle students of baking and pastry programs who wish to grow and apply their knowledge in a real production environment. The selected candidate will participate in bakery product preparation, dough mixing, baking, and production support, adhering strictly to recipes, procedures, and standards established by the bakery. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and production of bakery items * Weighing ingredients and preparing doughs * Assisting in shaping, fermentation, and baking of products * Basic operation of equipment and ovens * Following production recipes and procedures * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area * Supporting proper inventory and product control **Requirements:** * Final-cycle student in baking, pastry, or related fields * Basic knowledge of bread and dough preparation * Prior production experience is desirable * Immediate availability * Responsibility, punctuality, and respect in the workplace * Commitment and willingness to learn * Ability to work night shifts * Preference for candidates residing in Callao or nearby areas (not mandatory) * Peruvian citizen **Conditions:** * Night shift * Salary: S/ 1,200 per month * Biweekly payments * Employment type: Independent contractor invoice (receipt for services) * Positive work environment * Contact: 9\*\*\*0\*\*\*1\*\*\*7\*\*\*3\*\*\*1\*\*\*0\*\*\*1\*\*\*8\*\*\* Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
