We seek creative, responsible individuals with a passion for mixology and customer service. Responsibilities: * Preparation of classic and signature cocktails according to the establishment's menu. * Direct customer service at the bar with excellent hospitality. * Inventory control, supplies management, and proper handling of beverages. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the bar area. * Assisting in developing new cocktail offerings. Requirements: * Prior experience as a bartender or in bar operations (mandatory or desirable depending on level). * Knowledge of classic mixology and beverage preparation. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work well in a team. * Availability primarily for the **night shift**. * Residence in areas near **Central Lima** (desirable). Employment Conditions: * Work schedule of **48 hours per week** (as stipulated by law). * Shifts primarily **evening-night**, aligned with the establishment's operational needs.
