Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bar Assistant or Bartender to prepare beverages, ensure area hygiene, manage supplies, and assist in suggestive sales. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and support in beverage preparation according to standard recipes 2. Management of area hygiene and mise en place of supplies 3. Assisting in suggestive sales and inventory control Responsibilities: 1\. Prepare/beverage preparation support in accordance with the bar menu's standard recipes. 2\. Ensure compliance with BPM formats to guarantee proper area hygiene. 3\. Perform/assist in the mise en place of necessary bar supplies per shift. 4\. Inform colleagues about low- and high-turnover products to promote suggestive sales. 5\. Restock the bar through purchase orders and conduct monthly and daily bar inventory control (supplies). Requirements \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bar assistant/bartender \- Rotating shifts, including opening and closing duties. \- One day off per week; meals included according to schedule.
