Position Summary: We are seeking a Basketball Instructor to conduct sessions as scheduled, foster a participatory environment, and monitor participants' progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct sessions according to quality standards and an educational approach. 2. Foster a participatory, safe, and respectful environment. 3. Monitor participants' progress and report incidents. The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **BASKETBALL INSTRUCTOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct sessions as scheduled, according to YMCA quality standards and educational approach. * Foster a participatory, safe, and respectful environment during each session. * Monitor participants' progress and report incidents to the coordinator. * Implement safety, protection, and inclusion measures during activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student or graduate in Physical Education or Sports. * Minimum 3 months of experience performing similar duties. * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre. * Availability to work Mondays and Thursdays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. **AND** Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/700.00 * Pleasant work environment * Free corporate gym Hourly wage: S/.700.00 Estimated hours: 6.0 per week Work location: On-site employment
