Participation in educational, healthcare, or multifamily building projects **PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITY \| GRUPO HERGONSA \- PERU** Grupo HERGON SA, a construction-sector company specialized in executing private and public projects under the Tax-for-Works (OxI) program, is seeking a key professional for the construction execution phase in APURÍMAC\- TAMBOBAMBA 0**1 BIM COORDINATOR** **REQUIRED PROFILE:** ✅Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect (MANDATORY). ✅Minimum of three (3) years of general experience in building construction since registration. ✅Demonstrated participation in at least one (1) construction project for educational, healthcare, or multifamily buildings, or similar structures. ✅General and similar project experience must be substantiated by participation as a BIM specialist in execution and/or supervision. ✅Certification of no less than forty (40\) accumulated academic hours validating proficiency in BIM methodology and forty (40\) accumulated academic hours validating proficiency in BIM tools. ✅Willingness to work in TAMBOBAMBA **APPLICATION:** Interested professionals must submit their documented CV to seleccion@hergonsa.pe with the subject line: BIM COORDINATOR \- TAMBOBAMBA Workplace: On-site employment
