Key Responsibilities: * Achieve monthly new loan origination targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Strictly manage monthly renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where you provide services. * Recover loans while ensuring portfolio quality, maintaining PAR \>30 days below 3\.0 % per the month-end portfolio report. * Follow credit-stage-specific protocols at each stage of the loan lifecycle. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). * Encourage client retention within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from the first day of delay, ensuring group reference payment at institutions designated by the company. * Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each client. * Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
