




OKARA MEDICINA Y LÁSER is looking for qualified personnel for the position: Call Center Health Advisor. Functions: * Receiving calls. * Providing a welcoming greeting and EXCELLENT service to patients. * Coordinating patient care according to their needs and required services. * Confirming details of care orders and providing accurate explanations to patients regarding each treatment and service requested. * Carefully and confidentially reviewing patient information. * Confirming with the patient the details of the provided care (appointment date, specialist, costs). * Minimizing patient waiting time. * Confirming daily appointments. * Following up with patients who did not attend the previous day. * Conducting satisfaction surveys for new and returning patients to measure service quality. * Scheduling appointments through the digital channels we offer: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email. * Performing patient RECALL to re-engage and reschedule them. * Reporting any incidents to management that may arise during work activities. * Meeting management, service, and scheduling indicators according to company requirements. * Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor within the scope of responsibilities. Skills: * Minimum 01 year of experience in Call Center * Excellent communication and spelling skills. * Closing strategies. * Constant proactivity. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Proficient knowledge and use of Office (demonstrated).
