Job Summary: Serves guests, takes orders, delivers food and beverages, and maintains the service area, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and welcoming guests 2. Order and reservation management 3. Maintenance of the service area What You Will Do: * Greet guests courteously upon arrival, escort them to their table, and present the menu, ensuring a pleasant experience from the moment they enter. * Explain dishes and beverages, address questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods, and recommend options based on customer preferences. * Accurately record orders, verifying details such as cooking preferences, dietary restrictions, and individual customer preferences to ensure satisfaction. * Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and confirming that customers receive exactly what they ordered. Ensure customers have everything they need throughout their meal. * Prepare accurate bills, present them to customers, and process payments via cash, credit card, or other accepted methods, providing the corresponding receipt. Handle any customer concerns or dissatisfaction professionally. * Ensure service stations are consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies such as cutlery, napkins, and other necessary items. * Perform any other related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor, provided they are inherent to this position. * Clear used plates and utensils, clean and reset tables for subsequent guests, maintaining order and presentation in the service area. Ensure equipment remains in good working condition, immediately reporting any malfunctions or irregularities. * At the end of each shift, report any breakage or loss of tableware, cutlery, or kitchen utensils. * Participate in cleaning walls and floors of the kitchen area according to the schedule established by the administrative department. * Perform any other related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor, provided they are inherent to this position.
