Simple preventive maintenance and infrastructure support The Orson Welles Higher Technological Institute is seeking CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE STAFF who can fulfill the following responsibilities: * Sweep, mop, and clean office floors, common areas, hallways, and restrooms. * Clean and disinfect surfaces (desks, doors, windows, railings, workstations). * Empty trash bins and maintain order in assigned areas. * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, etc.). * Perform simple preventive maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, basic screw adjustments, painting areas, replacing door handles or hinges, etc. * Report infrastructure defects, malfunctions, or damages to the supervisor. * Assist with minor furniture or equipment relocations (as instructed). * Use cleaning and basic maintenance tools and equipment properly. * Maintain assigned materials and tools in good condition. * Assist with additional tasks related to organization and maintenance as required. **Requirements** * Willingness to learn and positive attitude * Immediate availability, responsible and committed. * Completed secondary education (preferred) * Experience is not mandatory. **Working Conditions** * On-site work * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:05 PM. * Location: Av. Gral. Salaverry 3641, San Isidro 15076 **Benefits** * Payroll enrollment from day one * Employment contract with all statutory benefits.
