Close communication with the administrator to resolve area-related issues **Full Job Description** San Diego Asociados SAC is seeking cleaning staff for a condominium located in San Isidro \- LIMA; Full-time schedule \- **MONTHLY PAYMENTS AT MONTH-END** Responsibilities: \- Clean common areas and collect garbage in common areas, building exteriors, and recreation areas. \- Waste management: Collect and dispose of garbage appropriately and within the scheduled timeframe. \- Optimize maintenance to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents. Maintain close communication with the administrator to resolve area-related issues. \- Service orientation: kindness, respect, empathy, good manners, and punctuality.
