Attention to detail and proactive approach to maintenance Maintain company facilities in optimal hygienic, orderly, and disinfected conditions, guaranteeing a safe and pleasant environment. This includes comprehensive cleaning of offices, restrooms, residential properties used as warehouses, and meticulous care of equipment designated for events. Main Responsibilities * **Office Cleaning:** Sweep, mop, organize, dust desks, empty trash bins, and maintain daily work areas in immaculate condition. * **Restroom Hygiene:** Wash and disinfect toilets, sinks, and mirrors daily, and consistently restock supplies (toilet paper, liquid soap, and paper towels). * **Warehouse (Residential Property) Maintenance:** Clean residential spaces adapted for warehouse use, ensuring they remain clean and ready for operation. * **Event Equipment Care:** Perform meticulous cleaning and disinfection of event equipment (before and after use), following care instructions to avoid damaging mechanical or electrical components. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor and promptly report shortages of cleaning supplies to manage replenishment. Profile Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in office cleaning, residential cleaning, or equipment maintenance (preferred). * **Care and Precision:** High attention to detail, especially when handling and cleaning event equipment. * **Physical Skills:** Physical stamina to perform continuous cleaning tasks and move between assigned areas. * **Values:** Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, responsibility, and a proactive attitude toward resolving organizational issues. Salary: Up to S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
