At Grupo Fe, we seek individuals interested in joining one of the most important national economic groups, comprised of our brands Campo Fe, Fesalud, and Prestafe, to work on diverse projects contributing to the achievement of our purpose. **What We Offer:** \- Formal employment registration from Day 1 \- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM\-5:00 PM) and two Saturdays per month until 1:00 PM. \- Health Insurance: EPS/Fesalud \- Continuous training \- Benefits for you and your family \- Career development path \- Excellent working environment **What We Require From You:** \- Graduate of Technical or University programs in Business Administration, Economics, International Business Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 months of experience in telesales, collections, or call center operations. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Availability to work onsite at the San Borja location. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** \- Offering products to customers via telephone calls. \- Resolving customer inquiries or questions regarding the program via telephone or electronic channels. \- Incorporating continuous improvement initiatives into daily operations to enhance process efficiency and ensure appropriate customer service. \- Other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
